Safe shopping?
All orders that are placed are secure and encrypted.
What are the shipping rates and time?
Shipping rates are a flat rate $15 in the US and $45 internationally.
Shipping times will vary depending on the printing company and is typically within 7 business days.
If ordering for a special event or holiday, we recomend oredering at least 2 weeks in advance.
Are your items quality?
We only use the best photo printing companies for our images. Each company has been personally tested by the photographer to ensure quality.
Do you have a return policy?
High quality artistic images don't need a return policy. But if there is a problem with any of the items that you ordered, we will work with you to make it right.
Do you offer custom sized prints.
Unfortunately, we only offer the sizes listed on our website. Sizing info is available here.This is because different ratios on our images will automatically crop them.
